Getting to know you
When you contact Tugboat, we will arrange an initial one-hour consultation to get to know each other and to build a picture of the whole family and its needs.
Making Plans
Each Tugboat plan will be different, because each family is different. It’s also really important that you feel part of what happens next.
Welcoming your child
SEND systems want to see evidence of the “child’s voice” in planning and decision-making. For many parents, this causes stress for a variety of reasons, often as a result of past experience. An independent child’s report can often unblock the barriers to appropriate support.
